Thierry Mohrbach, chef/owner and pate-maker extraordinaire. Raised in France, moved to Canada in 2002, is married with 3 ridiculously cute kids. Worked at the renowned Oyama Sausage for over 5 years. Moved to Bowen Island in 2009.

Julie Cree, manager/owner, also former owner of Tuscany Restaurant. Born in Ireland, raised in Canada, moved to Bowen in 2004. Worked in several upscale restaurants in Vancouver. Married to Christophe. Eats too many of Michael’s french pastries.

Christophe Langlois, part owner of Artisan Eats Cafe. Former Chef /Owner of Tuscany Restaurant. Married to Julie. Is our official ‘pain au chocolat’ connoisseur.
